Introduction Sunny Payment LLC presents an iOS mobile application that enables users to easily and quickly pay for various utility bills and services, including water, electricity, gas, fines, and more. Payments are processed using the secure Apple Pay system. Please carefully read the terms and conditions below before using the application. Identification code: 445778114 Refund Policy Refunds for processed payments are possible only in exceptional cases, if the payment is not reflected on the service provider's account within 72 hours of the transaction. In other cases, including instances where the user accidentally makes a payment or changes their mind, the Company is not responsible for refunding the amount. Only the principal amount of the payment is subject to a refund, without any additional fees. Privacy Policy The Company ensures minimal collection and storage of users' personal data. We only store the username and password, which are protected by modern encryption methods and hosted on a secure server. Financial transactions within the application are completed using the Apple Pay system, and the Company does not collect, store, or process any payment data. We only receive information about the successful or unsuccessful completion of a payment to ensure the delivery or non-delivery of the service. Data protection is our top priority, and we have implemented all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure their security. Payment Terms Payments made through the application are usually reflected on the service provider's account within a few minutes. In rare cases, due to technical issues, this may take a few hours, but no more than 24 hours. Users have the option to create templates and pay unlimited fees without any limits. The application is designed solely for the payment of service fees within the territory of Georgia, and there are currently no plans to offer additional services.
